She teaches Vinyasa, Mellowvinyasa, Ashtanga, Stretch, Slowflow, Restorative & Weight loss Yoga at the “KEMARA” Holistic Fitness center.
Dr. Dharshi Jayasekera
Dr. Dharshi Jayasekera is a holistic wellness practitioner passionate about natural healing, yoga therapy, meditation, and mindful living. With a gentle and compassionate approach, she guides individuals towards physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing through the integration of movement, breathwork, and holistic healing practices. Her philosophy centres around restoring balance, inner peace, and a deeper connection between mind and body.
Sasha
Shasha comes from Denmark after many years in the F&B industry worldwide she obtained her qualifications to teach Yoga 2023 She too is now a RYT200 from the International Yoga Alliance in USA. mostly teaches Hatha, but blending Hatha and Vinyasa usually to get the best out of the session for the students.
Shasha’s favorite asanas are arm balances, She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga at the “KEMARA” Holistic Fitness Centre
Indi
Since 2018, Indi has been sharing her extensive knowledge of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation. Her classes prioritise the creation of a safe and nurturing space, allowing students to embark on their yoga journey with comfort & ease. Indi understands that each individual has their own set of challenges and goals, and she tailors her teachings to meet their diverse needs.
Indi’s gentle nature & digilent attention to detail creates a welcoming environment for students of all levels. She empowers her students to confidently explore the realms of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation.
Apart from the Yoga Alliance 200hr qualification Indi is currently following an Advanced Teacher Training Course from India.
